How you actually get your reports
Every report arrives by email as a PDF. That copy is yours and it sits in your inbox whatever happens to us. If this site broke tomorrow, you would still have every report you have ever been sent.
The same reports also collect in your account here, so finding last month's does not mean digging through six months of email. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you when you start. There is no password to invent and nothing to install.
What we hold on you is your brand name, your email address, and a one-way scramble of that code, not the code itself, which means we could not read it back even if we wanted to. Your card details are held by Stripe and never reach us at all.
Billing runs through Stripe, so cancelling, changing plan, updating a card or downloading an invoice is one click from your account page, and cancelling does not need to go through us.
